Article 1 Processing of personal data
This mobile app collects certain personal data. HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL is responsible for
processing your personal data and does this in accordance with the provisions of the law of 8 December
1992 on privacy protection with regard to data of a personal nature.
This Confidentiality Policy describes the way in which HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL generates,
harvests, uses, processes and conserves this personal data, which is either provided by DIGIWELLNESS
users or produced and/or gathered while these are using the services offered.

This policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for the DIGIWELLNESS mobile app. The
user is urged to read this policy carefully before using the app and prior to submitting any personal data; in
order to fully understand the use that will be made of such data once it has been collected.

Personal data: any information that is physically identified or identifiable concerning a natural person.
The type of personal data that we collect via our mobile app is detailed hereafter.

identification number or to one or more specific elements that are inherent to his or her physical,
physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.
Person responsible for data processing: any natural or legal person, formal association or public
administration who, whether alone or in conjunction with others, decides the aims and methods for
processing personal data.
1.2 Personal data
When you use DIGIWELLNESS, we ask you to provide us with personal data to enable us to deliver the
services described in the General Terms and Conditions.
The following types of personal data are or may be processed:
Your family name and given name;
Your e-mail address;
Your telephone number;
Any other information that you have provided voluntarily while using the site or certain of its
This personal data is processed by HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL in order to enable the use of services
described in the General Terms and Conditions, including:
Placing online orders;
Geo-localising your nearest partner pharmacy currently open;
Answering any request for information via a direct communication module with the user;
Improving the content and utility of the app;
Informing you of site updates;
In order to contact you later with a view to keeping you informed of promotional offers, new products
or events (direct marketing).
Please note that a refusal to provide certain information may make impossible your use of some services
offered by the mobile app.
We only conserve your personal data for the period necessary to enable us to provide the services and
information requested; any additional period being due to current legal requirements.
1.3 Direct marketing
Your personal data may be processed by HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL with the intention of including
you in promotional offers or informing you about a new product or event (direct marketing).
You will only be sent such information if:
you have expressed consent (request for information via the website); and
you have not opted out of direct marketing.
The procedure for exercising your right of opposition as shown below is defined hereafter (“Your rights”).
1.4 Localisation data
So that we can let you know which pharmacist in your area is currently on duty, we ask you to authorize the
app to make use of your localisation data.

2.1 Your rights regarding online reservation
The user has the right to access his/her personal data and to rectify this in the event of inaccuracies. If you
wish to exercise this right, you may:
– email HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL;
– write to HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL enclosing a copy of your Identity Card.
2.2 Your rights regarding direct marketing
The user has the right, at any time and free of charge, to oppose the processing of their personal data for the
purposes of direct marketing. If you wish to exercise this right, you may:
– email HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL or write to HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL enclosing a
copy of your Identity Card;
– unsubscribe from all email correspondence by clicking the link provided at the bottom of every
HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL email.
Article 3 Data security
HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL is committed to safeguarding your online privacy and the personal data
you have submitted in order to receive DIGIWELLNESS services.
We implement all appropriate technical and organisational security measures for the protection of your
personal data against accidental deletion or any unauthorised destruction, loss, modification, access or any
other form of unauthorised processing.
Article 4 Transmission of your data to third parties
Personal data collected via the site is not transmitted to third parties, other than external service providers in
the context of the services and finalities described above. These external service providers are contractually
bound to HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL by provisions guaranteeing the protection of your personal data.
Your personal data may be transmitted to third parties, such as web-hosting service providers, for the
purposes stipulated above as well as for the administrative requirements of the group. This may involve the
transfer of data outside the European Economic Zone. Some of these recipients may be located in countries
that do not enjoy privacy legislation comparable to that applicable in EU Member States. However, the
necessary measures have been taken to ensure confidentiality and security of this information.
Article 5 Modifications
HEALTH & TECHNOLOGY SPRL reserves the right to alter this Privacy Protection Policy at any time, but
will inform you of any material change affecting our use of your personal data.
